An economist by trade, Mr. Marie’s vast and in-depth knowledge of copyright and Intellectual Property (IP) issues are valuable to the BOD; especially as it relates to trade of creative content / services.
Mr. Marie is the Founding President of the Association of Music Professionals (Dominica), Former Chairman of the Board of Directors Eastern Caribbean Copyright Organisation (ECCO) and Former President of the Association of Caribbean Copyright Societies (ACCS)

Dr. John’s background is in —— and his experience and qualifications have lent to informed decisions re quality standards for products which DEXIA promotes. He is currently the Director/CEO of the Dominica Bureau of Standards, he began this role in 202X.
Mr. Cecil Joseph
A career agriculturalist, Mr. Joseph brings a wealth of knowledge re trade in agriculture to the Board. He worked at the Dominica Agricultural Marketing Board as both Assistant Accountant and Marketing Manager in his 20 years at the organization and has served as the Executive Secretary of the Dominica Hucksters Association (DHA) since 1984.

As a Trade Promotion Agency (TPO), DEXIA has benefited from the sage advice from Director Walter, who is the Director of Trade and Chief Trade Advisor of the Cabinet of Dominica. He possesses an LLB (Hons.) in Law and an LLM in Public International Law.
Mr. Amos Wiltshire
A banana, livestock and mixed crop farmer for over 30 years, Mr. Wiltshire’s experience on his farm as well as his roles as Chairman of Castle Bruce Farmer’s Cooperative, Chairman of South Eastern Livestock Farmers Association, President of the Dominica Farmers Union and President of the Dominica Fairtrade Organization has brought real- life experiences to the table and a better understanding by the Board of issues faced by local farmers.
Mr. Richard Charles
Dr. Valda Henry
Dr. Henry was recently appointed Deputy Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank and was former CEO and Chief Trainer at VF Inc. a consulting firm. She brought to the Board, a wealth of experience in Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations.
Dr. Henry is a Chartered Financial analyst, holds a PhD in Industrial Relations and Business, Masters of Business Administration, Bachelors in Management and Bachelors in Law. She also spoke to women’s issues in trade and business.
